This is my second successful return from Dan Fouts. For more about Dan, and to check out the first success, go to my post from February 2018.

I don’t think I noticed this when I sent the 1989 Pro Set card, but that’s a TV announcer card and not a player card. I was thinking about how Topps puts old players on cards (like in Stadium Club) a lot now and how this is an earlier version of that. The other thing I love is that I sent an ’83 Topps card which is one of my favorite designs for football.
Dan did a great job with these as he always seems to do. He has a pretty simple signature in the end but he uses a good marker and centers it pretty well. These look great!
