The Story of the Autograph
Tim Stoddard is a former right-handed relief pitcher in the major leagues. He played during thirteen seasons from 1975 to 1989 with the Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles, Chicago Cubs, San Diego Padres, New York Yankees, and Cleveland Indians. He was part of the Orioles World Championship squad in 1983.

Tim has a bunch of cards that don’t led themselves to showing off his signature. But this batch has a few that do. You can see the Padres cards specifically just have him in a dark uniform that hides it a bit. The others, especially the Yankees cards, do not. I think my favorite of the bunch though is the Orioles card. I always laugh at how small and awkwardly placed the number is on that jersey.
