This was not as an exciting week as the week prior, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. There wasn’t as much going on and I got back less returns.
It was a short week for me at work, but I’ve been feeling like sometimes the short weeks end up being a lot more hectic or having more work to do. And in less time.
Hope you are enjoying your weekend!
The Review
Here’s what happened on the blog last week:
- Monday: Dave Corzine
- Tuesday: Chris Volstad, Stoney Case
- Wednesday: Dave Beard
- Thursday: Lynn Dickey
- Friday: Bob Horner
- Saturday: Bob Sykes
- Sunday: Mark Lee
No theme for the #twofortuesday this week…. again. I don’t know why I have to say that anymore. It seems like I’ve gotten away from it. There was some variety this week though – not all baseball.
The Preview
Here’s what I have coming up for this week:
- Monday: Tom Tom Drum…
- Tuesday: Fast Carson…
- Tuesday: Take a Knapp…
- Wednesday: He’s a Stan… house…
- Thursday: Go West…
- Friday: Mmm-bop…
- Saturday: You have my Gerhart…
- Sunday: Don, Don, Don, Don…
No #twofortuesday theme again (and again, not sure why I still feel the need to say it).
Other Notes
Well, not much could be as good as last week for returns. This week I got back 15 successful returns and two failures. They were spread out through the week somewhat with more at the beginning and the end, so it still felt like a great week. But maybe I am still riding the high of last week’s returns.
I got back three stragglers. They all came in yesterday (Saturday) and they were Randy Cunneyworth (277 days), Steve Walsh (270 days), and Greg Gohr (208 days). Greg Gohr I actually had two attempts out for and so I think I got one last week and now one this week. I didn’t mean to do that but I noticed in the last week or so that I had a few out like that. My failures were Kelly Stinnett and Rex Hudler, who I think for some reason it weighed more than normal, it was odd. I resent that one out already though.
