The Story of the Autograph
Jeff Burris is a former cornerback in the NFL and a current coach with Louisiana Tech. He played professionally for the Bills, Colts, and Bengals from 1994 to 2003.
Burris was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He went on to attend Notre Dame and while he was a defensive back, he was also their primary running back in their goal line package. He was then selected with the 27th overall pick of the first round of the 1994 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills.
In his ten year career he totaled 19 interceptions and 459 solo tackles. His best season was probably 2000 in Indianapolis when he had a career high four interceptions with one taken back for a touchdown. He also had a career high of 69 solo tackles.
In more recent years Burris has gotten into coaching. He’s worked in the United Football League, the NFL and in college mostly as a defensive backs coach.

Jeff signed in Blue and it got a little buried a bit on these cards. That happened especially on the Stadium Club card where he is wearing a blue practice jersey. My favorite card is the Classic Four Sport card. I’ve had a few Golden Domers recently that looks great on cards.
