The Story of the Autograph
Darrell Thompson is a former running back in the NFL. He played from 1990 to 1994 and spent his entire career with the Green Bay Packers.
Thompson was born in St. Louis and was raised in Minnesota. He played basketball and football and ran track in high school before heading to Minnesota to play football. He was the starter for all four years for the Golden Gopher and exceeded 1,100 yards rushing each year. He was then drafted in the first round of the 1990 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers with the 19th overall pick.
In his five year career he played with Brett Favre, Reggie White, Leroy Butler and Sterling Sharpe. His best year in Green Bay was 1993 when he ran for 654 yards and three touchdowns and then caught another 18 balls for 129 yards, all of those career highs.
These days he’s runs a youth mentoring non-profit in Minnesota. He also works as a color commentator for the Minnesota football broadcasts.

Darrell has a great autograph I think my favorite part is how much he fills up the card. My favorite of these is the 1992 Pro Set card because it shows the autograph off the best, but the 1991 Pro Set Platinum is my favorite picture of these.
