The Story of the Autograph
Gene Garber is a former relief pitcher and closer in the major leagues. He played for 19 seasons from 1969 to 1988. During his career he played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Kansas City Royals (twice), Philadelphia Phillies, and Atlanta Braves.

The Score on Gene Garber – 6.5
Gene continues to be a great signer. He has a great signature with those repetitive “Gs” and that little tail at the end. These all came out pretty well but I think my favorite might be that 1979 Topps card. That old Atlanta logo and uniform is one of my favorites.
Thanks Mr. Garber! I’m giving this return a 6.5 overall.
