Only one unsuccessful return this month, Ryan McDonagh. I’m a little disappointed as a NY Rangers fan, but I think I should have known. I haven’t been successful with that many Rangers to this point.
That said, he did return the magazine, with a letter and two postcards. One postcard of him and one Rangers “Rangertown” postcard. Those are pretty cool. They are not the standard size postcard and I might be able to make a little display out of them and the magazine. So while it’s a failure, it’s not all bad.
I’ll probably have to try for maybe some lesser known members of the team as I’ve only really tried some of the more popular names (the guys that would end up on a cover really). But that would mean picking up some hockey cards and getting lucky because they aren’t really a focus of mine.
