The Story of the Autograph
Steve Mura is a former pitcher in the major leagues. The right-hander played from 1978 to 1985 and during that time played with primarily with the San Diego Padres, but also the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago White Sox, and Oakland Athletics.

The Score on Steve Mura – 6.5
First let me say that it feels like an amazing accomplishment not to have sent a 1982 Topps card and to make it the feature image of the post (like I did for both of the previous times he’s signed for me). I’m trying to get better at that. As far as Steve’s signature goes, it feels like it’s all sort of on top of each other. I think he kind of looks like he writes “SMura” but it’s hard to tell. Doesn’t mean I don’t like it though. I think I like it best on the 1983 Fleer card. Plus I love those powder blues.
