The Story of the Autograph
Raghib “Rocket” Ismail is a former wide receiver in the NFL and CFL. The former Notre Dame Fighting Irish star played in the CFL for the Toronto Argonauts in 1991 and 1992. He then went on to play in the NFL with the Los Angles/Oakland Raiders, Carolina Panthers, and Dallas Cowboys from 1993 to 2002.

The Score on Rocket Ismail – 7.5
This is another great return from Rocket, but I will say the last one was really amazing and hard to top. His signature, just “Rocket” is awesome. There’s just not much more to say than that. I think it is different seeing him in NFL uniforms because he was never the star he was in college.
