The Story of the Autograph
Mervyn Fernandez is a former wide receiver in the NFL. The Raider played in Los Angeles from 1987 to 1992. He also played in the CFL with the BC Lions before and after his NFL career.

Mervyn is a bit of a tale of two signatures. His first name looks pretty quick and standard. His last on the other hand is just fancy. The “F” with the loop around part of his name is just awesome. Then he sneaks his number in the loop, chef’s kiss. It came out really well on the 1991 Fleer Ultra card. The 1990 Fleer card on the other hand had to compete with that Raiders jersey.
