The Story of the Autograph
John Olerud is a former first baseman in the major leagues. He played from 1989 to 2005 with the Toronto Blue Jays, New York Mets, Seattle Mariner, New York Yankees, and Boston Red Sox. He was a two-time All-Star, two-time World Series Champion with the Blue Jays, three-time Gold Glover and an AL Batting Champ.

The Score on John Olerud – 5.5
Olerud is known for maybe being one of the nicest guys to play baseball. I think he keeps that impression going for those of us who TTM. He will regularly sign two of your cards and always puts some good ink on them. From what I’ve seen in recent months he might be taking a look at how many people send to him frequently probably because requests have gone up – which is fair. I think for these he did a good job on the signatures but the cards don’t show them off very well.
