The Story of the Autograph
Jeff Ballard is a former left-handed pitcher in the major leagues. He worked mostly as a started from 1987 to 1994 with the Baltimore Orioles and Pittsburgh Pirates.

Jeff is another reliable signer with a great signature. You can see how consistently he signs on all these cards. This is just a great example of his work as a TTM signer. While it’s not the best card for signing, I think my favorite is the 1991 Upper Deck card because he is acting like a catcher in that image. Gotta love the fun, off-beat images you can find on cards.
