The Story of the Autograph
Henry Ellard is a former wide receiver in the NFL. He played from 1983 through 1998 and is best known as a Los Angeles Ram. He also played for the Redskins and Patriots.
Ellard was born and raised in Fresno, CA and even attended Fresno State. He was a triple jump high school state champion in 1979 and still holds NCAA records for yards per catch in a season with 24.4 during the 1982 season. The Rams drafted him with the 32nd overall pick in the second round of the 1983 NFL Draft.
He played eleven season for the Rams as a wide receiver and in the beginning of his career as a punt returner as well. He actually made his first Pro Bowl as a punt returner in 1984. Ellard made the Pro Bowl three times while with the Rams.
Overall he had seven season where he broke the 1,000-yard barrier and not once did he ever catch more than 86 catches. His career highs were 1414 yards and 10 touchdowns which he did in 1988.

Henry has a nice signature but its a little smaller than I usually like. It’s good quality though on all these cards. The Pacific card is the best because it had a chance to be seen the best. The others are a bit dark. I didn’t send some of the cards I really wanted because I wasn’t sure if I was going to get them back. I’ll definitely send to Henry again in the future.
