The Story of the Autograph
Cecil Cooper is a former first baseman in the major leagues. The multiple All-Star, Silver Slugger and Gold Glover played for seventeen seasons from 1971 to 1987 with the Boston Red Sox and Milwaukee Brewers.

Cecil has been a little bit hard to judge over the years. I feel like he’s been signing up to three cards in recent year, but in years prior I thought he would sign just two sometimes. Actually I’ve attempted to get him to sign the 1984 RBI Leaders card before and he hasn’t. I’m not sure why that was. He also sometimes personalizes and puts a message and then sometimes he doesn’t, like in this return.
