The Score on Cecil Cooper – 6.0
Cecil was one of those guys that I didn’t get to watch in his prime, but was probably underrated at the time and maybe even a little forgotten these days. I just love that a guy who was a good as he was signs with such consistency for people. He really loves to fill up the cards with a lot which must have been a challenge on the ’87 Topps Wax Box card.
