The Story of the Autograph
Bobby Valentine is a former player and manager in the major leagues. He played in the outfield and the infield from 1969 to 1979 with the Los Angeles Dodgers, California Angels, San Diego Padres, New York Mets, and Seattle Mariners. He later managed the Rangers in the late 80’s and early 90’s, the Mets in the late 90’s and early 00’s, and then the Red Sox in 2012.

Bobby has been a pretty reliable signer in recent year. In my experience he is pretty much a “two per” kind of guy. I think he had a challenge with these because of those early 00’s black uniforms the Mets had. So he pretty much found the place that his signature would work.
