The Story of the Autograph
Billy Ray Smith is a former NFL linebacker. He played from 1983 to 1992 and spent his whole career in San Diego with the Chargers.

This is a pretty good return from Billy Ray. He has so much action in his signature and really fills up the card so well. I really like this era of Chargers uniforms, but unfortunately the darker jersey or pants sometimes gets in the way. Not necessarily so on that 1992 Pacific card. I rated that the best of this bunch.
