Bill is such a great signer. There’s something else I’ve noticed and its that his cards are always pretty great to sign. They always feel light and colorful with plenty of places for his autograph to get shown off. I mean, he isn’t on a team with black uniforms so that certainly helps. But that ’92 Fleer Ultra came out great.
