Review / Preview – Week of 12/17

TTM Review Preview

I did a thing last week!

I’ve been feeling lazy with some things on the blog lately but last week I actually got something done. I started a page where I can keep all my team addresses. I have the four major leagues so far and I’m looking to expand to Spring Training and minor league baseball addresses next.

Minor league baseball will be a bit of an effort and I am not sure how far I will get with it, or how fast that will be. But for Spring Training that could be pretty timely. I usually try to go around and update addresses the best I can every year because you never know what changes even though teams don’t move.

I just figured I could help someone else out and put it all in one place because that’s always the problem when you are looking for things. Hopefully you can find it when you need it! Check it out here! But the link will always be in my top menu with links to each specific league too.

Hope you guys are having a great weekend!

The Review

Here’s what happened on the blog last week:

This week I had a Kansas City theme to the #twofortuesday posts which members of the Royals and Chiefs representing. I actually could spread shat a little bit to Missouri because two days later Greg Mathews came up in a Cardinals uniform!

The Preview

Here’s what I have coming up for this week:

  • Monday: Franklin my dear…
  • Tuesday: Brother of Axel?
  • Tuesday: I Nied you tonight…
  • Wednesday: The Bruce is loose…
  • Thursday: Lobster Thurmond-or…
  • Friday: He would be good in the office…
  • Saturday: He loves the fall because its Gordie…
  • Sunday: Pass the Mike…

There doesn’t appear to be anything popping out to me for a #twofortuesday theme this week. Just continuing to make my way through the backlog.

Other Notes

Yet again, a pretty slow week. Thirteen returns came back with twelve of those being successful. Better than some of my slowest weeks but still lite. I realized that I am kind of backing up on TTMs I’ve been preparing to get out and some boxes I use to stage things are getting pretty filled up. I’m going to increase the number I am sending out over the next couple weeks. That will probably mean some bigger numbers for January.

I got back two paid returns this week. Those were from Dennis Leonard and Reggie Cleveland, both of them pretty quick returns. I had one straggler this week from Mark Knudson who returned in 378 days. The failure I had was from former Indiana Pacer George McCloud. I think I just tried an old address and I don’t see a new one to try right now.

The Recent TTM Success page is updated.

Have a great week!
