The Story of the Autograph
Mark Thurmond is a former pitcher in the major leagues. He began his career as a starter in 1983 with the San Diego Padres and then transitioned t mostly a relief pitcher with the Detroit Tigers, Baltimore Orioles and San Francisco Giants. He played his last major game during the 1990 season.

The Score on Mark Thurmond – 6.5
In my experience Mark is definitely a “one per customer” guy. But darn if he doesn’t put a lot of ink on that one card! His signature has so much action and live in it. It always seems like he ends up crossing it out though which seems odd, but it’s all part of his style I guess.
