The Story of the Autograph
Rod Gilbreath is a former infielder in the major leagues. He played at second and third base during his seven year career. He spent his entire time in the majors with the Atlanta Braves from 1972 to 1978.
This is my second successful return from him. To find out more about him, and to see the first successful return, check out my post from December 2020.
The Score on Rod Gilbreath – 6.0
Rod always seems to sign on the landscape orientation, regardless of how the card images are oriented. Although in those days the vast majority of cards were in portrait. He also signs with a thin marker and has a very thin signature, so it doesn’t take up all that much space.
