The Story of the Autograph
Richie Hebner, known as “Gravedigger”, was a former third baseman in the major leagues. He played from 1968 to 1985 with the Pittsburgh Pirates (twice), Philadelphia Phillies, New York Mets, Detroit Tigers, and Chicago Cubs.

The Score on Richie Hebner – 6.5
Richie has a pretty standard signature. You don’t really notice it on these cards unless you know what he does, but usually he tries to find the best place on your cards so you can see his signature I think you see this most on the 1987 and 1981 cards and how he stacked the signature on top of his white uniform.
