The Story of the Autograph
Richard Dotson is a former starting pitcher in the majors. The one-time All-Star played for the Chicago White Sox (twice), New York Yankees, and Kansas City Royals from 1979 to 1990.

The Score on Richard Dotson – 5.5
Richard doesn’t really have too much of a signature. Most of it looks like the “R” and the “D” and then maybe just a little bit after that for his last name. He isn’t a guy who tends to look for the best place to sign on the card. I think you can see that with where he signed the 1988 Topps card (and it was pretty much the same place as on the 1986 card).
