Review / Preview – Week of 9/4

TTM Review Preview

My Mets are coming to town this week and I was thinking of trying to go downtown and see them in DC. But it’s also going to be freakin’ hot and I am not sure I want to sit through that either. I don’t know if you can really call me a front runner or something like that if I don’t go see my team if they aren’t winning, but I’ve done plenty of that over the years (queue Bobby Parnell wild pitching/HBP/walking in a winning run… multiple times).

I cut my lawn already today and it’s not even as hot and humid as it’s going to get in the coming days but that was a little tough.

Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

The Review

Here’s what happened on the blog last week:

The theme for the #twofortuesday posts was all Rangers this week. It was definitely not an eclectic week like some other recent weeks have been. Only one post that was not baseball.

The Preview

Here’s what I have coming up for this week:

  • Monday: You can take that to the Banks…
  • Tuesday: Snopek patrol…
  • Tuesday: St. Peterson…
  • Wednesday: Richie Rich…
  • Thursday: Dickie Dick…
  • Friday: I Stanicek…
  • Saturday: Houston we have a TTM…
  • Sunday: The first Zettlers…

There’s a White Sox theme to the #twofortuesday this week. Other than that it’s almost all baseball again. But I’m sneaking one football and one hockey in there.

Other Notes

I only had twelve returns last week…

Yes, that was the same start to this section a week ago. This time at least they were all successful returns. Things have just gotten a little slow and I’m not sure why. I am still really steady with how I send them out each week. We’ll see if things turn around soon.

There were two stragglers this week and both were out for 366 days: Ryan Spilborghs and Tom Lampkin. I also got paid returns back from Ken Hill and Carlton Fisk. That last one was a lot, but I decided to make the leap.

The Recent TTM Success page is updated.

Have a great week!
