This week I had to travel for work. That’s both good and bad. First, let’s get out of the way that I’d rather not have to do it in general. I’m not a bad traveler and this wasn’t a hard trip (just a long card ride), but I’d just as soon stay here. I was with a lot of people so that helped… it wasn’t boring.
I’m thinking of this more by way of TTMs. I love the getting the mail every day. Getting the excitement of opening the mailbox and seeing what’s inside, even when I know because of Informed Delivery, is pretty fun. But when I’m away I’m not sure exactly what’s happening. I think in that case Informed Delivery is just a tease. Its tell me what I supposed to be getting but I’m not actually getting it.
But then I love coming home and getting ALL the mail and going through it. When it’s a good week like this one was it makes it even more fun. It makes it a lot to put in my database at once, but I’ll take that end of the work.

Just continuing to work through the backlog. And like I said in the “Review” section, working through guys that I have multiple returns from in the big backlog.
Other Notes
This was another good week with 23 successes and three failures. As I said in the intro, it was definitely fun going through the three days of returns that I missed while I was traveling. That was Tuesday through Thursday and during those days I got back half of the week with twelve successes and two failures. There was only one straggler, but it was a doozy:
