Sometimes I feel like this weekly post is a bit of a venting session. That’s probably good for me and bad for you. But maybe you are going through similar stuff and it helps you know that others are going through the same things.
Well, file this under “first world problems” or more specifically “first world ttm problems” because it’s super trivial.
My mail was totally messed up a gain this week. I started off with a big day on Monday then didn’t have any signs of success for a couple days. But I was supposed to get a few in and guess what happened… again… I got my neighbor’s mail. I figured the mailperson was a house off the whole way down. So that meant another dead day.
The next day I had a mild success day. Then by Saturday a couple of the returns that I thought might be at my neighbors house showed up in my mailbox. So I guess they didn’t get into my neighbors mail. I don’t know if you remember, but my next door neighbors house (who always is before me on the route), passed away a while ago and his daughters don’t come around to take care of the house much.
I don’t think any neighbors had a key otherwise I’d ask them to check what’s inside the door (there’s a mail slot). So that makes me wonder, how many TTMs are over there? I wonder how big that pile could.
As Han Solo said, “I don’t know, but I can imagine quite a bit.”

#sunshinestate week was another fun week for a theme. I definitely don’t get as much back from “Florida” teams so it was good to go through them and see them in more of a concentration. It was also good to see so much football in the week because I don’t get as much of it these days.

Other Notes
These weeks are see-sawing so much. This week I was back to normal a bit with 12 successes coming in. I also had another failure for a guy who charges that I didn’t pay attention to. But with the increased success rate that made my backlog go up. I’m at 255 now and I think that means I will have “one per day” posts until next June if I wanted.
