The Story of the Autograph
Mitch Garver is a catcher currently playing with the Texas Rangers (where he was just traded to as of March 12th). Since the last time I posted about him he won a Silver Slugger award in 2019. Unfortunately while he was having one of the best years of his career he was hurt in a collision at the plate with Shohei Ohtani. In more recently seasons he’s been limited by injuries a little bit. Last year he was part of history by hitting a grand slam with Eric Haase of the Tigers to be the first time that opposing catchers hit grand slams in the same game.

The Score on Mitch Garver – 7.0
This was a Spring Training return I got from Mitch last year. Well, I got it last year but it was sent the year prior to that. I think based on the dates he was clearing out what he had before he went to Florida. I don’t think the one was a strong as the first I received from him just because the marker is thinner. But I think there was a better place to show it off.
