The Story of the Autograph
Charlie Spikes is a former outfielder in the major leagues. The former first round pick played for the New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, Detroit Tigers, and Atlanta Braves from 1972 to 1980.

The Score on Charlie Spikes – 6.0
I don’t know that I noticed this in the first return I got from Charlie, but the facsimile signature on the cards is signed “Leslie Charlie Spikes.” He still signs in a similar style as way back in the 70’s when he played. I think my favorite of these is the 1975 Topps card. But I think the sideburns are the key there.
