The Story of the Autograph
Bobby Engram is a former wide receiver in the NFL. His career spanned from 1996 to 2009. During that time he played for the Chicago Bears, Seattle Seahawks, and Kansas City Chiefs.
Engram was born and rasied in Camden, South Carolina. He was an All-State wide receiver before going on to attend Penn State University. With the Nittany Lions he was the main receiver on their undefeated 1994 team, was an All-American, and the inaugural Biletnikoff Award winner. He still holds receoved for yards and touchdowns in a career.
The Bears made him their second round choice in the 1996 NFL Draft. He spent his first five seasons in Chicago and was progressing in his career very well. In 1998 and 1999 he had over 100 targets and almost got to 1,000 yards both years. Unfortunately in 2000 his season ended after just three games and 16 catches because of injury.
He moved on to Seattle where he would end up spending the majority of his career. Engram almost didn’t make it back to that 1,000 plateau until 2007. That year he had 94 catches and 1,147 yards, plus six receiving touchdowns. It was definitely the highlight individual season of his career. It was two seasons after the Seahawks run to the Super Bowl where they lost to the Steelers for his greatest team accomplishment.
He had one final season with the Chiefs in 2009. He tried to make it the following season with the Browns but ended up calling it a career by January 2011.
Engram has coach in the NFL since 2011, most recently he’s been the wide receivers coach for the Washington Commanders.

I got this return from Bobby while he was with the Ravens a few years ago. He’s still local I guess, but that might be changing with the coaching changes in Washington. These came out well, but one is just way to dark and doesn’t show the signature. Bobby put’s a good sized signature on your cards though.
