The Story of the Autograph
Bill Sampen is a former right-handed relief pitcher in the major leagues. He played from 1990 to 1994 with the Montreal Expos, Kansas City Royals, and California Angels.

The Score on Bill Sampen – 7.0
Bill has a pretty fancy signature, but it is on the small side. With it being small though he can adjust it to where he wants to put it. While that might not be on the angle that is very “standard,” it does make it so that he puts it in the best place to see the signature. One thing I don’t know is, is that really an “S”? It looks more like a “C” to me.
