The Story of the Autograph
Andre Thornton is a former first baseman and designated hitter in the major leagues. He played from 1973 to 1987 with the Chicago Cubs, Montreal Expos, and Cleveland Indians.
This is my second successful return from him. To find out more about him and to see the first successful return, check out my post from January 2021.
The Score on Andre Thornton – 6.5
Andre has a pretty nice signature. The only issue is that these cards that I asked him to sign, especially that 1986 Topps card, don’t have a great place to sign. That warm-up jacket he has on is really dark and it pretty much hides the signature. The others are a little better with my favorite of these being the 1986 Fleer card.
