The Story of the Autograph
This is my second successful return from Tony La Russa. To find out more about him, and to check out that first success, go to my post from November 2017.
The Score on Tony La Russa – 5.0
Tony has a good signature but it’s always so little. But what I love about getting successes back from Tony is trying to guess where he will put his signature. At first I always thought he signed it sideways. But it turns out that’s just where he tends to find a spot (like on the ’83 Topps card below). But then he signs the ’88 card over his face and he usually tries to avoid that. I think he signed along his leg in my previous return.
