I’m not a bike rider, but I love watching the Tour de France. I got hooked years ago and somehow I stuck through all the controversy and am still following it. I love all the colors and how the crowd goes crazy. It’s great to see the crowds back. I also love how these guys punish themselves.
The first stage yesterday was just absolutely nuts with the pileup style crashes that they saw. And it crazy to think that they are going after the lady with the sign who caused the first pileup. I feel like they need to do something. A lot of people these days are all about themselves and completely oblivious to what’s going on around them. She knew what was going on around her and took the risk to ruin everything.
Today was an amazing stage and it was an awesome finish. I hope it keeps up like these even on the flat stages.
Hope you have a great week! Stay safe!

The Preview

We’re going back to Pittsburgh for another Steel City #twofortuesday this week. I think other than that I had to use a few full last names in the hints above. Luckily some of those could be a couple people to try to throw you off.
Other Notes
Some how this week I was able to get back to a regular week, but that was on the ropes at one point. On Tuesday I was supposed to get at least six TTMs. I got none. At that point since the Thursday prior I hadn’t received 11 pieces of mail. I even tried to report missing mail and the USPS site wouldn’t let me because of an error. Luckily most of it came in about 3-4 days late.
I ended up with 17 returns this week. There were some really good ones in there to that I hadn’t gotten before. I think my favorites were Larry Walker (who I do have a prior return for), Milt Thompson, Adeiny Hechavarria, Stan Papi and John Stuper. But I think the one that surprised me the most was Brandon Webb.
Have a great week!
