The Story of the Autograph
Larry Bowa is a former switch hitting shortstop and manager in the major leagues. The five-time All-Star, two-time Gold Glove Award winner and World Series Champion played from 1970 to 1985 with the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs, and New York Mets. He later managed the San Diego Padres and Philadelphia Phillies and won a Manager of the Year Award.

Larry is a really great signer. He’s pretty quick to return your stuff, he signs with good size, and it comes out with really consistent quality. I think this is the first Phillies manager card I had for him so I’m glad I was able to find one of those along the way somewhere.
