The Story of the Autograph

Chris Iannetta is a catcher in the majors and just finished his 13th season. He’s spent the majority of his career in Colorado after starting with the Rockies back in 2006 and playing there through 2011. From there he moved on to the Angels for several years and then one year each with the Mariners and Diamondbacks after returning to Colorado this year.
His best season was probably back in 2007 when he played 104 games for the Rockies and his .264 with 18 homers and 65 RBI. Those are all career highs that came back in his third season in the majors. This year wasn’t too bad. Iannetta played 110 games and hit .224 wit 11 homers and 36 RBI. He’s currently on a two-year contract and should be back behind the plate for the Rockies next year.

Chris has always had a pretty good signature and he’s turned out to be a very reliable signer. The 2016 Topps card I like because those always take an autograph pretty well. The only thing I don’t like about that is that it’s a team he really just played for for one year. I like when I get Chris to sign Rockies cards because that’s probably how people think of him.
