The Story of the Autograph
Wallace Johnson is a former infielder who mostly played a first base defensively, but was mostly used as a pinch hitter in the major leagues. He played from 1981 to 1990 with the Montreal Expos (twice) and San Francisco Giants.

You probably wouldn’t consider Wallace’s signature particularly interesting. It looks pretty standard. But I think what makes it special is not how it’s written but how it always comes out. He always uses a strong marker (this one especially so) and it always comes out really consistent on the cards. The blue looks great with the Expos uniforms too.
