Review / Preview – Week of 3/1

TTM Review Preview

Something actually happened last week and I forgot to mention it. I met a goal I had for the year. I got my first hockey success back.

It wasn’t the first attempt I sent out for the year, but Russ Courtnall sent back a few. And this week I got my second success from Randy Moller. I’m starting to get more and more hockey out and I’m following a few folks out there that are helping me out to know who to send out based on their recent returns. So thanks for that!

That was one of my goals this year, to get into hockey. I got some wax boxes to get a few more cards to try with. I definitely have some good attempts out there. Crossing my fingers for a good success rate!

Stay safe out there!

The Review

Here’s what happened on the blog last week:

This was a pretty good mix this week. There were some really nice signatures a mix of repeats and new returns for me. The names weren’t the biggest I’ve ever had, but that’s kind of where my wheelhouse is.

The Preview

Here’s what I have coming up for this week:

  • Monday: Tyner-side Derby…
  • Tuesday: Could you Pasqua the salt?
  • Tuesday: You speech sounds Garber-led…
  • Wednesday: You are such a Hammond…
  • Thursday: Spot Fetcher…
  • Friday: #houghistough…
  • Saturday: I like Reed-ing…
  • Sunday: Mead-ium sized…

This is going to be a week of mostly repeat successes. Based on how many I have in the backlog and how long it goes back. Some of the repeats are in the backlog so I’m trying to get them out of the way now and space things out for you.

Other Notes

I had just an amazing week to end the month with 23 successful returns. There were a few failures in there too so I actually got more back than that. Two of the failures were for guys who are now charging because of how much they are getting. That’s fine, I’ll figure out whether I will send them back but what they are charging seems fair.

This means I had an even better February and I hope to get the monthly review out on time. Hopefully my real job won’t get in the way. My backlog is now at and even 400.

Have a great week!
