Another good summer week in the books. Not too much going on, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It was definitely a good week of returns, but I’ll get to that later.
I have to travel for work this week so I’ll be away from the family. It’s just for a couple days, but that will leave a couple days of not sending out TTMs and I like to keep things consistent. I usually like that way that ends up with consistent returns back. But we’ll see what a couple days of nothing sent dows to my returns in the future.
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and has a great week!
The Review
Here’s what happened on the blog last week:
- Monday: Mike Ramsey
- Tuesday: Clay Carroll, Jim Breech
- Wednesday: John Russell
- Thursday: Ron Gant
- Friday: Wilson Alvarez
- Saturday: Jim Lindeman
- Sunday: Rod Higgins
The #twofortuesday this week was Cincinnati-themed with teams from #queencity.
The Preview
Here’s what I have coming up for this week:
- Monday: vanMeter maid…
- Tuesday: 3-Point Champ…
- Tuesday: Juan more night…
- Wednesday: Baab-ling brook…
- Thursday: I like a good Stew…
- Friday: Robbbbbb…
- Saturday: Call me Al…
- Sunday: Ken I kick it…
I love it when the #twofortuesday just naturally happens. In this case we are looking at a #windycity version this week with team from Chicago coming up in the backlog.
Other Notes
I got 19 cards back this week and two of those were failures. That’s another pretty good week, but interestingly after going a really long time with no failures I now have several weeks of multiple failures. This time it was Charlie Spikes, who I think I just no longer have a good address for, and Peter Lappin, who has definitely moved (according to the writing on the envelope I got back.
As for what came back. I got a paid return back from Tom Herr which was nice. I also got back four pretty significant stragglers. They were Roland James (965 days), Nate Schierholtz (927 days), Harvey Pulliam (582 days), and Mike Ramsey (303 days).
The Recent TTM Success page will be updated next weekend.
Have a great week!
