So I recently downloaded a game that was on sale and started doing something I love to do… character creation! It’s my favorite thing to do on most games… customizing it to yourself in some way. This game happened to be for a sport so I filled roster of my friends and family and now I’m playing through a season. Yes, they are all 99s. No, I don’t care if it’s uncompetitive because it’s damn fun.
I started talked to my brother about it and we went back to our days as kids when we did it. But of course, the best version of character creation we ever did was as adults in a WWE game. I can remember laughing so hard at what we did that my stomach hurt. Even my kids were laughing at the characters we created, although I think some of that was laughing at how much we were laughing.
The best character was someone we named The Ultimate Weirdo. I know, we could have gone blue with that… or crazier, but the kids were there so…. This dude was skinny but with a pot belly. He wore speedos and had a fishnet tank top. On top of all that he was bald on top with a mullet on the bottom. Just close your eyes and envision that dude coming off the top turnbuckle.
… or maybe don’t (shivers).

Other Notes
This was a George Costanza week for me… “I’m Back Baby!”
I got back 27 returns for the week. While I’m expecting returns to go down as I decrease the amount I’m sending out, I really wasn’t the numbers to fall off the cliff like what happened the past couple weeks. This was really the more gradual lowering of the incoming number that I thought I would get.
The straggler this week was Frank Reich at 454 days. Other than that there were two over 100 days out: Henry Ellard (105) and Todd Krygier (102). I did get a couple failures as well with Rich Amaral coming back with the usual RTS messaging and then Ken Oberkfell coming back as he is charging and someone is organizing that for him.
The new Recent TTM Success is updated. It’s definitely getting to the point that even in a good week, I can fill up that “last 30” section.
