The Story of the Autograph
Mitch Garver is a catcher with the Minnesota Twins. He’s been in the league since 2017 and has spent his entire career with the Twins.
Garver grew up in Albuquerque, NM and then went to college at the University of New Mexico. The Twins drafted him in the ninth round of the 2013 MLB Draft. After a few years in the minors he made his debut with the Twins on August 19, 2017.
He got his first good shot last year when he played 102 games. He had a pretty good year, but he appears to be having an awesome year this year. As of this writing, Garver is hitting .310 with 11 homers and 28 RBI. The Twins have been killing the ball this year and considering that Garver’s homer total is four more than he had last year and he’s only played 38 games so far, I would say that’s some pretty good evidence of their new approach at the plate.

I like Mitch’s autograph. It’s pretty classic but I would give it a much better score on a card that would show it off a bit more. He fills up the card and that’s always a good thing. I think my general problem for Mitch is that I just don’t have many cards of his.
