Born on August 11, 1963, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mike Huff grew up in Illinois, attending New Trier High School in Winnetka. In the 1985 MLB June Amateur Draft, the Los Angeles Dodgers selected Huff in the 16th round .
Huff’s professional career began in the Dodgers’ minor league system, where he honed his skills as an outfielder. His dedication and performance led to a promotion to the Triple-A level by the end of the 1988 season .
He made his MLB debut with the Los Angeles Dodgers on August 7, 1989. Over the course of his career, he played for several teams, including the Cleveland Indians, Chicago White Sox, and Toronto Blue Jays. Known for his defensive versatility, Huff played all three outfield positions and contributed both as a starter and off the bench.
In 1993, while with the White Sox, Huff appeared in 43 games, batting .182 and helping the team secure the American League West title. His career statistics include a .247 batting average, 9 home runs, and 75 RBI over 369 games .
After retiring from professional baseball, Huff remained active in the sport. He has been involved in various capacities, including broadcasting and community outreach, sharing his experiences and passion for baseball with new generations.

This is a pretty good return from Mike. I think my favorite one of these is the 1991 Fleer card. Normally that design doesn’t work for me, but I think that one shows it off the best of all these. I’m realizing now that I got him in a bunch of uniforms with thes return and I love that.
