The Story of the Autograph
Wilbur Wood is a former left-handed pitcher in the major leagues. He worked as both a reliever and a starter during a career that spanned 17 seasons from 1961 to 1978. He played for the Boston Red Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Chicago White Sox.

The Score on Wilbur Wood – 5.5
Wilbur only signed one of my cards this time and returned the other two unsigned. I think he is charging at this point and that’s the reason for that. But the time before he signed all of my cards. I’m kind of hoping to get Rob Bryant to signed the other spot on this card, but I think he now charges as well. It isn’t the greatest card for either guy to sign because it doesn’t have a great place for either to sign to show off the signature. But it is what it is.
