The Story of the Autograph
Tom Kelly is a former player, manager and coach in the major leagues. He did all of it with the Minnesota Twins as a player in 1975 and then as a coach and manager from 1983 to 2001. He won a Manager of the Year award and two World Series rings.

Tom usually signs two. This time around he only signed one, but I’m not sure why. He did a good job on this 1987 Topps card, but it’s not the greatest card to show off his signature. The blue marker on top of the dark blue jersey just isn’t the best combo.
