Major League Baseball (MLB)
The Major League Baseball (MLB) site, MLB.com, is probably the best site of all the leagues in a few ways (at least for the purpose we are talking about – addresses). First, they generally don’t have a problem listing the address of the stadium or a fan mail address. Second, they are organized and probably the most consistently organized between teams. Lastly, it is probably the easiest among all to find coaches, staff and players.
The MLB season generally lasts from the end of March or early April through the end of September or beginning of October. The postseason then runs into November these days. My practice is to send to these addresses after mid-March and through mid-September, unless I know the team will be playing in the playoffs.
Below are the collected addresses for each team. There’s also some additional information below that regarding how to find information on each team’s site.
You can also find the Spring Training addresses here.

Finding Team Addresses
When I look for these addresses all at once my general practice is to use the MLB.com site as my anchor. From there I click “Teams” in the top menu to navigate through the teams. Once there I search the site for the address information. For more information about the best way to find the address if it isn’t immediately available and for some best practices around using the address, reference my main Team Address page.
Finding Coaches, Players, Front Office and Broadcasting Staff
The MLB teams have some very consistent organization on their sites. At the top of the page you can look for a “Rosters” option. This drops down a list of options that usually contains the following:
– Roster (Active, 40-man, Non-Roster, etc.)
– Coaching Staff or Coaches
– Front Office
– Broadcasters
There are exceptions to the rules. Many times the coaching staff is included on the roster or is part of a tab you can use from the roster page. The Broadcasters page usually contains bio information about each person so if you aren’t sure if someone was a player or not it will tell you there. Something I’ve done in the past is to us a team card to get a broadcaster’s signature.
