Review / Preview – Week of 10/10

TTM Review Preview

This past week I was asked if I could attend a conference, for this coming week… ugh!

Could I go yes, but did I want to go… no. I really don’t feel like travelling and I really didn’t feel like working it all out at the last minute. But I told them I could go thinking it would be a good opportunity based on who else I thought would be going.

Well, more fun news… who I thought was going is no longer going. And unfortunately one of the replacement people is not my favorite person at work. Everyone was was going originally couldn’t go and then they were basically roping in three new people to take their place. Oh well.

While I would say it will be good not to have to actually do work, I’d also say that catching up from the week will be a nightmare. Maybe the short week will play into my favor a bit.

Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

The Review

Here’s what happened on the blog last week:

#devilwentdowntogeorgia week started with a mix of Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves. Then it was finished of with a selection of Atlanta Hawks. So not just a Georgia theme but more specifically it was all-Atlanta.

The Preview

Here’s what I have coming up for this week:

  • Monday: The Adams Family…
  • Tuesday: Ay, Papi…
  • Tuesday: Love the Juan you’re with…
  • Wednesday: Two first name club member…
  • Thursday: Dan Dan noodles…
  • Friday: Slim Jim…
  • Saturday: Ant Knee…
  • Sunday: Bill me…

This will be my last themed week for a little bit. We’ll be going in #ohcanada week, featuring players all on Canadian teams.

Other Notes

With the way the last several weeks had been going, I thought this was going to be another down week. Turn out it was a pretty good one. I got back 21 successes and one failure this week. That’s definitely a higher pace that what I usually expect (18 ish per week).

There were a couple of stragglers this week. Jerry Garvin took 606 days and Larry Brown took 356 days.

I think next week will be a little odd for me. It’s a short week so we’ll see how that impacts the return numbers. But also with me being out, I wonder how my family will keep up with it. Usually they are really good at it and know I like to organize what I get each day. Hopefully they are willing to keep that up.

The new Recent TTM Success is updated.

Have a great week!
