The Story of the Autograph
Pat Tilley is a former wide receiver in the National Football League. He played from 1976 to 1986 and spent his entire career in St. Louis with the Cardinals.

Pat did a good job on these cards. As always, it makes me interested why sometimes people sign with extra messages and things on one card and not another. Maybe he chooses to do this normally and only signs one not personalized? I’m not sure of his normal practices after just two attempts. I am not complaining about either option of course, I’m happy for the ink. It just gets me interested because I figure a lot of these guys just “assembly line” their signings and signing the same thing would be easy.
