The Story of the Autograph
Jody Davis is a former catcher in the major leagues. The two-time All-Star and one-time Gold Glove winner played from 1981 to 1990 with the Chicago Cubs and Atlanta Braves.
This is my second successful return from him. To find out more about him and to see the other return, check out my post from September 2019.
The Score on Jody Davis – 6.0
Josy signed these well, but the 1986 Topps card didn’t fare that well on the return. You can see how the ink just rubbed off of it either on to the back of another card or on to the envelope. That would have been my favorite of the bunch if not for that. Definitely hurts the overall score. I think that Jody charges these days.
