The Story of the Autograph
Greg Adams is a former left winger in the National Hockey League. He played from 1984 to 2001 with the New Jersey Devils, Vancouver Canucks, Dallas Stars, Phoenix Coyotes, and Florida Panthers.
Adams is a native of British Columbia, Canada. He attended Northern Arizona University and played there for two seasons, leading the nation in scoring as a sophomore. He went undrafted and then signed with the Devils in June of 1984.
He played for three seasons in New Jersey. In his second season he scored 35 goals and with 42 assists for 77 points in 78 games. After three seasons there he was traded to the Vancouver Canucks. He had a career year in his first season there with a career high 36 goals and 40 assists for 76 points. He would go on to play in eight seasons in Vancouver before being traded again in the 1994-95 season. His offensive production would go down from where he started as a Canuck but he did sneak in two more 30-goal seasons.
After Vancouver he spent some significant time with Dallas before moving on to Phoenix and Florida.
The Score on Greg Adams – 6.0
I think there’s a nice signature in there for Greg, but it’s hard to see. These all-black uniforms the Canucks once had certainly get in the way. He has a few loops that seem to be working for him, but I especially like the loop at the top of the “A”. I think the Score card came out the best.
