The Story of the Autograph
Buck Martinez is a former catcher in the major leagues. He played in seventeen seasons from 1969 to 1986. During that time he played for the Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, and Toronto Blue Jays.

Buck has a pretty standard style signature for the most part. The exception is there he loops and crosses the “t” in his last name. That certainly adds a different element to it. Unfortunately there’s a bit of a smudge on the 1977 Topps card. That’s not normal from Buck as he is pretty consistently good with things like that. But that 1976 Topps card makes up for it because that signature stands out.
