The Story of the Autograph
Josh Reddick is a rightfield with the Houston Astros. He’s been in the league since 2009 and has also played for the Red Sox, Athletics, and Dodgers. He made the playoffs with all of those teams except the Red Sox, won a World Series with the Astros and also won a Gold Glove.
Reddick was born and raised in Georgia. He attended Middle Georgia College and then was drafted by the Red Sox in the 17th round of the 2006 MLB Draft. He was first called up on July 31, 2009 to replace Adam LaRoche who had been traded. He was traded to the Athletics in December of 2011 and proceeded to have a career year with them. In 156 games he hit 32 homers with 85 RBI and posted a .242 average.
He went to the Dodgers for a very short time in 2016 to help them with a playoff run and then signed a four year deal after the season with the Astros. He helped the Astros win the 2017 World Series
The Score on Josh Reddick – 6.5
Josh used a stacked signature on this one. I’m not sure if he does that normally or not. He definitely puts a little more into his last name than his first. But he used a great marker and it came out really well on this card.
Thanks Mr. Reddick! I’m giving this one a 6.5.
